On 1/3/18, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Ronnie Harris (Johnson City, 38 years old) and charged him with criminal simulation over $2,500.
On 12/28/17, the victim reported that a counterfeit check was passed using his account information. The check was cashed at Andrew Johnson Bank, 2105 W Mountcastle Dr., Johnson City. Harris was identified as the person who cashed the check.
On 1/3/18, Ronnie Harris was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 1/4/18 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
