On 12/03/17, Officer of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Glenn Fitzgerald, 1112 King Springs Rd (Aspen Ridge Apartments), 41 years old, and charged him with Burglary of Motor Vehicle.
At 10:21 a.m., Officers responded to the victim’s apartment. He stated that he saw Mr. Fitzgerald, inside of his vehicle, looking through his property. The victim stated that he asked Mr. Fitzgerald to leave, before returning to his apartment to call police.
Police located Mr. Fitzgerald in his apartment of Aspen Ridge Apartments. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 9:00 a.m. on 12/04/17 in Washington County Sessions Court.
