On 11/21/17, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Deon Presnell (21 years old, 3 Mel Circle, Johnson City) and charged him with two counts of selling schedule II drugs.
The arrest stems from an investigation into the distribution of illegally diverted prescription oxycodone pills that began in August 2017. During the investigation, Mr. Presnell sold oxycodone pills to an individual working on behalf of law enforcement on two occasions.
Presnell was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he was being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond. He is scheduled for arraignment on 11/22/17 at 9:00 A.M. in Washington County General Sessions Court.
