On 9/16/2013, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Cari F. Clark, 39 years of age, of 702 East Main Street, Johnson City, and charged her with Theft of Property over $1,000. The arrest is the result of an investigation into the embezzlement of funds totaling $1,083.51 from Wal-Mart, 2915 W. Market Street, from 09/01/2013 to 09/15/2013. Ms. Clark was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where she is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 9/17/2013 in Washington County Sessions Court.
