On 09/12/13, investigators completed an investigation of a Burglary that occurred at Bays Mart, 603 W Market St. on 8/10/13, when three juveniles were identified, located and charged with Burglary and Theft under $500.
On 08/10/13, Officers with the Johnson City PD responded to 603 W. Market St. on a report of a Burglary to a business. Entry was made through a rear window into the ceiling of the business and the suspects gained entry through ceiling tiles. After gaining entry, the suspects stole approximately $50 worth of cigars from behind the counter before leaving through the front door. Video surveillance showed three white male juveniles committing the offense.
Information was received regarding the identity of the three suspects, ages 14, 14 and 15. All three suspects were located and charged with Burglary and Theft under $500. They are all scheduled to appear in Johnson City Juvenile Court.
