On Friday, June 30, 2017, 18 year old, Katie A. Roark, 1204 Grover St. Johnson City, TN was
arrested by officers of the Johnson City Police Department. Roark was charged with 5 counts of Reckless
Endangerment. The arrest stems for officers responding to a call at 601 E. Main St. The victim stated that
Roark had been chasing her and her friends in her car and that Roark had attempted to ram them several
times. Another victim stated that Roark had almost stuck him and his 10 year son while they were walking in
the parking lot at 601 E. Main St. Roark was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where
she is being held in lieu of $50,000 bond. She is schedule to appear in Washington County General Sessions
Court on July 3, 2017, at 1:30PM.
