On June 6, 2017 officers of the Johnson City Police Department began an investigation into a missing Johnson City woman. Missing is a Sebia Archer, 46 year old female. Archer is commonly known by friends and family as Sheba. Archer was last seen in the area of Cherokee Road in Johnson City on the evening hours of May 18, 2017. Archer is approximately 5’2”, and 148 lbs. with blonde hair and blue eyes.
