On 6/8/17, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Robin Rene Martin (47, 142 Stockyard Rd., Telford) on one count of Hindering Secured Creditors.
On 7/11/16, Martin violated her agreement with Tennessee’s Best Title Loan, thus forfeiting the vehicle she used as collateral. Since that time, she has avoided all attempts at communication and made the vehicle unavailable to be claimed.
0n 6/8/17, Martin was arrested and subsequently booked into Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $5,000 bond and is scheduled for arraignment on 6/9/2017 at 1:30 p.m. in Washington County Sessions Court.
