On Friday, May 26, 2017 at approximately 11:27 pm., officers of the Johnson City Police Dept. arrested Ms. Rhonda Morrison of 2378 Lakewood Dr. Johnson City after responding to an unknown disturbance at the 11E Motel, 3500 W. Market St. Officers discovered that Ms. Morrison had allegedly told the Motel management that she knew one of the guests and that he had medical problems, she also said that he could be dying. After the room was unlocked by motel management to check his wellbeing Ms. Morrison forced her way inside. The occupant fled to the bathroom and locked himself inside. Ms. Morrison then locked herself in the apartment and attempted to force open the bathroom door. Ms. Morrison was apprehended in the apartment and struggled briefly with officers. She is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on charges of Aggravated Burglary and Resisting Arrest. Her bond is set at $21,000 and she is set to appear in Washington Coutny General Sessions Court on Tuesday, May 30, 2017.
