On May 23rd, 2017 at approximately 6:18 PM, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Mr. Frank Shell, age 56, for Aggravated Stalking and Domestic Vandalism. Mr. Shell made several unwanted contacts with the victim, while there was a valid restraining order against him. He also damaged a cell phone belonging to the victim. Mr. Shell is being held at the Washington County Detention Center under an $11,000 bond, charged with Aggravated Stalking and Domestic Vandalism. Mr. Bradley is awaiting a hearing in Washington County Sessions Court on 05/24/2017 at 1:30 PM.
