On Thursday, May 11, 2017, Officers of the Johnson City Police Dept. arrested 26 year old Michael Reed of 1411 Oakland Ave., Johnson City, TN on an outstanding warrant charging him with Aggravated Domestic Assault. His charges are the result of an investigation which began on May 1, 2017 when he allegedly struck a female on the head with a leather strap knocking her unconscious. Mr. Reed is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $30,000 bond. He is set to appear in Washington County Sessions Court on May, 12 2017.
