On 03/01/2017, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Christopher Glenn Wynne, w/m, 31 years old, of 309 Austin Springs Rd. Johnson City and charged him with Identity Theft (37cts) and Theft of Property under $1000 (40cts). The arrest is the result of several reports that were filed by the victims who stated that their debit and gas cards had been stolen and used in Johnson City. Mr. Wynne is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $211,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 03/02/2017 at 10:30 a.m. in Washington County General Sessions Court.
