On 2/18/2017 officers of the Johnson City arrested Tammy Smith, 40 years old, general delivery, on charges of possession of schedule II narcotics for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 2/18/2017 at approximately 2:00 PM, officers went to the Park n’ Stay Inn, 3406 W Market St, after receiving information that Ms. Smith was involved in the sale of narcotics at this hotel. Officers made contact with Ms. Smith in her room and found crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia throughout the room.
Ms. Smith was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where she is being held on an $11,000 bond. Her arraignment is scheduled for 2/20/2017 at 1:30 PM in Washington County Sessions Court
