On 02/15/17 the Johnson City Police Department arrested Justin Day (34 yrs old, 608 Swadley Rd) and charged him with Worthless Checks over $1,000. The arrest stems from an investigation into a check valued at over $3,100 that was passed at M & A Supply, 2512 Wesley St on 09/27/16. Mr. Day is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $10,000 bond. He is scheduled for Arraignment in General Sessions Court on 02/16/17 at 1:30 pm.
