On 12/30/2016, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Todd A Moore (1500 Bell Ridge Rd. Apt 19, Johnson City, TN 37601, 33 years old). Todd A Moore was charged with Driving on Revoked License (1st Offense), Resisting Stop/Arrest, 3 counts of Simple Possession, 3 counts of Sell/Distribution Imitation Controlled Substance, and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

 Officers were dispatched to the area of Hollyhill Rd in reference to a thin looking white male looking around the complainant’s property. The complainant stated that the male appeared to be intoxicated and left the property in a white pickup truck with no visible registration. Officers searched the area and discovered the truck traveling northbound on Hillsboro Rd. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle due to no registration being visible. Officers made contact with Mr. Moore in the driver’s seat and asked for his information. Mr. Moore was uncooperative with officers and would not provide his information. When officers tried to handcuff Mr. Moore, he pulled away from them, but after a brief struggle officers placed him in handcuffs. While searching Mr. Moore’s Person, officers discovered $1170 in cash and Mr. Moore’s Tennessee identification card. A computer check showed Mr. Moore’s License was revoked. When officers searched Mr. Moore’s vehicle they discovered 11.1 grams of methamphetamine, 3 pills of morphine sulfate , 3 pills of phentermine hydrochloride, 1 pill of clonazepam, 1 pill of suboxone, a small baggie of marijuana, and approximately 50 small clear bags. Mr. Moore’s vehicle, money, drugs and drug paraphernalia were all seized and place into Johnson City Police Evidence.

Police arrested Mr. Moore and he was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where his bond was sat at $36,000.00 and an arraignment was set for 1/3/2017 at 1:30 pm.
