On 11/15/2016, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Brandon S. Tester (321 Hale Meade Dr., Johnson City, 19 years old) and charged him with two counts of Domestic Aggravated Assault.
At approximately 07:21 p.m., on 11/4/16, officers responded to the victim’s residence. Upon Officers arriving on scene, Tester was inside the residence threatening to burn the house down. Tester had an oxygen tank hose and was threatening to ignite the oxygen tank if officers entered the residence. Eventually, officers were able to convince Tester to come out of the residence and he was taken into custody without incident. Tester was transported to the hospital for treatment and released on a later date.
An arrest warrant was obtained for Mr. Tester, charging him with two counts of Aggravated Domestic Assault. Tester turned himself in at the Johnson City Police Department this date. He was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Detention Center and held on a $50,000 bond. He has a preliminary court date set for 11/16/2016 at 10:30 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
