On 9/10/2016, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Taylor A Marsh W/F 20 YOA 606 Pardee St Johnson City, Kimberly L Maupin W/F 22 YOA 306 Eastern Star Rd Kingsport, Max C Barnett W/M 23 YOA 2500 1St Johnson City, Tessa N Hunt W/F 24 YOA 3211 Mayfield Dr Lot 23, and Michael D Barnett W/M 24 YOA 606 Pardee St. Johnson City. The arrest are due to an incident in which the 5 defendants forcefully entered 3211 Mayfield DR Lot 29 at 4:20am on 9/10/16 and assaulted two victims inside. All 5 defendants are charged with Aggravated Burglary and Simple Assault. They are being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $10,000.00 bond each and they are scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Monday September 12th at 1:30pm.
