On 9/1/16, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Gregory W. Hoilman (441 Woodlyn Rd, Johnson City, TN, 34 years old) and charged him with burglary (80 cts.), theft of property (7 cts.), and vandalism.
On 8/14/16, officers of the Johnson City Police Department began investigating a string of storage unit burglaries at various storage facilities in Johnson City. Gregory Hoilman was identified as the suspect and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On 9/1/16, Gregory Hoilman turned himself in to the Johnson City Police Department. Hoilman was interviewed and he admitted that he committed the burglaries.
Gregory W. Hoilman was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of an $841,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 10:00 a.m. on 9/2/16 in Washington County General Sessions Court.

An arrest warrant is on file for Gregory Willie Hoilman (w/m, 5’4, 170, Brown Eyes, Brown Hair, 35 years old) charging him with multiple burglaries in Johnson City, during the month of August. If anyone observes Hoilman, please contact 911. There is no information available to indicate that Hoilman is armed, but do not approach him. Any descriptions of him, or a vehicle he may be traveling in, should be noted and the information given to 911.
