On 4/24/2016 officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Lucian C. Hodges, a 35 year old male of 314 Preservation Circle, Johnson City, TN, on the charges of Aggravated Domestic Assault and Felony Vandalism. Officers were dispatched to the above address by a 911 from a neighbor who found the Defendant’s Fiancé crying and stating she had been beaten and choked. Investigation revealed injuries on the victim and the residence in shambles with felony amounts of damage to the victim’s property, including a slashed tire. The Defendant ran from the scene but was located in a wooded area a short time later and apprehended. He was taken into custody on the charges of Aggravated Domestic Assault and Felony Vandalism and is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $50,000 bond pending a court hearing on 4/25/2016 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
