On 04/17/16, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Brandi M. Fraser (1508 Hillside Ave, Apt A, Bristol, TN 37620; 28 years old) and charged her with aggravated domestic assault and resisting arrest.
Just before 4:00 a.m., officers responded to the Electric Cowboy, 1805 N. Roan Street, in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim, bleeding heavily, with several visible lacerations about his face. Upon questioning the victim, officers learned that he had been assaulted by his girlfriend, Brandi M. Fraser. Officers made contact with Ms. Fraser a short time later, after she was found in the vehicle that the two arrived in. Ms. Fraser had no visible signs of injury, yet had blood on her hands and under her fingernails. Fraser, who attempted to actively avoid arrest, was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Detention Center.
Fraser is currently being held in lieu of a $21,000 bond. Her arraignment hearing is set for 04/18/16 at 1:30 p.m. in Washington County’s General Sessions Court.
