On 3/29/16, investigators of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Ernest B. Hamm (age 72) residing at 465 Boring Chapel Rd. while serving an arrest warrant for the sell of Schedule III narcotics (Suboxone) 4 counts and maintaining a dwelling for controlled substance or distributing. Mr. Hamm was additionally charged with Possession of Schedule II for resale (Methamphetamine), Possession of Schedule III (Suboxone) and Simple possession of Schedule VI (Marijuana).
Mr. Hamm was found to be in possession of 37 small zip lock bags of methamphetamine, 10 Suboxone tablets and approximately 2 grams of marijuana located on his person during the warrant service arrest.
Mr. Hamm was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $71,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 3/30/16 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
