On 3/24/16, at 10:30 a.m., the Johnson City Police Department arrested Diana Bentley (114 Lynn Rd. #8, Johnson City, 33 years old ) charging her with theft of property over $500.
On 3/1/16, a theft report was filed of various items of jewelry, shoes and clothes, valued at $930, which was stolen from the victim’s residence. Bentley was located and several items stolen from the residence was in her possession.
On 3/24/16, Bentley was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she is being in lieu of a $5,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 9:00 a.m. on 3/25/16 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
