On 03/15/16, at 11:00 am, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Javier Cisneros Perez (33 yrs old, 337 Old Milligan Hwy) and charged him with Theft of Property over $1,000. The arrest stems from an investigation into the theft of a 55 inch LG LED smart TV from Rent-A-Center, 2116 N Roan St, valued at $1,872. Mr. Perez is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $10,000 bond. He is scheduled for Arraignment in General Sessions Court on 03/17/16 at 9:00 am.
