On 01/13/16, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jonathan Earl Calhoun, 36 years old, of 1343 Poga Rd. Butler, TN and charged him with one count of Theft of Property over $500. The arrest is the result of an investigation into a report that was filed by victim who stated that his bag of tools valued at $600.00 had been stolen from his workplace. Mr. Calhoun is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $5,000 bond. Arraignment is scheduled for 01/14/16 at 10:00 a.m. in Washington County General Sessions Court.
