On 1/7/16, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Coty B. Ingram (140 Hairetown Rd., Jonesborough, 28 years old) and charged him with theft over $10,000.
On 10/29/15, officers responded to 306 W. 9th Ave. on a reported theft. The victim advised officers that Ingram was given permission to stay overnight and when the victim woke up the next morning, several items had been taken from the residence. Investigators located business transactions showing that Ingram sold some of items that were stolen.
On 1/7/16, Coty B. Ingram was placed under arrest at the Washington County Detention Center, where he was being held on unrelated charges. Ingram’s bond on this charge is $10,000. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 1/8/16 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
