On 1/6/16, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Triston Darcel Pace (1142 Huffine Rd., 28 years old) and charged him with auto burglary and fraudulent use of a debit card.
On 9/25/15, the victim reported that her card had been used two days prior without her knowledge. Triston Pace was identified as the person using the stolen debit card from video footage obtained at the business where he conducted the fraudulent transactions.
On 1/6/16, Pace was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $21,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 1/7/16 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
