On 12/12/2015, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Nathan Donihe,20 YOA W/M , who resides at 122 Whitehills Rd Kingsport. The arrest is due to an investigation which determined that the defendant activated a false Fire Alarm at 1105 University Pkwy, Monarch Apartment, on 12/11/15 at 2:08am. On the night of the incident Johnson City Fire Department responded and they determined that there was no true emergency. The defendant is charged Felony False Reporting and he is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000.00 bond. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Monday December 14th at 1:30pm.
