On 11/21/15 at 1:00 am, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Bobby Casey, 45 years of age, of 1609 E Myrtle Avenue, Johnson City, and charged him with Habitual Motor Offender and Speeding. Mr. Casey was stopped for speeding in a Roto-Rooter company van and a subsequent license check showed he was currently a Habitual Motor Offender. Mr. Casey is being held at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $5,000 bond. He is scheduled for arraignment in General Sessions Court on 11/23/15 at 1:30 pm.
