On 11/17/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Brandi Flint (1403 College Heights Road, Apt. 4; 30 years old) and charged her with aggravated domestic assault.
Around 1:30 a.m., officers responded to 1403 College Heights Road, Apt. 4, in reference to a 911 hang up call. Upon arrival, contact was made with a male who had a laceration on his right ear and other small cuts on his head. The victim advised officers that Brandi Flint struck him multiple times in the head with a metal broom handle during an argument. Flint was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Flint’s arraignment is set for 11/18/2015 at 1:30 p.m. Washington County’s General Sessions Court.
