On 11/12/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Nicholas M. Halkowitz (611 Cranberry Street; 29 years old) and Isaac P. Pinkston (611 Cranberry Street; 33 years old).

At 6:20 p.m., officers attempted contact with Isaac Pinkston on Cranberry Street while looking for the suspect of a domestic disturbance in that area. Pinkston matched the description of the suspect and when officers attempted to speak to him he ran into a home located on Cranberry Street. Upon entering the home, which belongs to Nicholas Halkowitz, officers located methamphetamine, heroin, and paraphernalia common with the distribution of such narcotics. Officers also located Pinkston and found him to be in possession of a .22 caliber handgun and counterfeit currency.

Nicholas Halkowitz is charged with maintaining a dwelling where controlled substances are distributed, possession of schedule I narcotics with intent to resale, possession of schedule II narcotics with intent to resale, simple possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Isaac Pinkston is charged with evading arrest, criminal simulation, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
