On the 11-04-15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Kevin L Taylor, 23 yrs old, 207 Elm St., Apt B., Johnson City, and charged him with aggravated assault (domestic related).
At approximately 11:09 p.m., officers responded to 207 Elm St. in reference to woman being threatened with a knife. Following an investigation into the incident, officers were able to determine that the altercation had quickly escalated over text messages. When the victim arrived the two began to argue when Mr. Taylor pulled a knife from the kitchen butcher block and held it to the victim’s throat.
Kevin Taylor was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is currently being held on a $20,000 bond. Kevin Taylor is scheduled for arraignment on 11-04-15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
