On 10/27/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Amanda Hensley, 35 yr. old female who resides at 712 Church St, Greenville TN 37745.
The arrest stems from an investigation in which Hensley is accused of providing fraudulent medical paperwork to Watauga Heath Care LLC, 501 E Watauga Ave to receive medical treatment and narcotic medication.
Amanda Hensley is charged with Drug Fraud. She is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County Sessions Court on 10/28/15 at 1:30PM.
