On 10/7/15, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Joey Lohse (405 Whitney St, 21 years old) and charged him with theft of property over $1,000 (motor vehicle).
On 10/7/15, the victim reported that Loshe took her vehicle from 405 Whitney St. on the previous night without her permission. The vehicle was located on 10/6/15, crashed and abandoned, at the intersection of Lamont St. and Frances St. The investigation revealed that the crash occurred shortly after Loshe took the vehicle.
On 10/7/15, Lohse was located and placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 10:30 a.m. on 10/8/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court. The investigation into the crash is ongoing at this time.
