On 09/30/15, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jimarius Davis,26 year old male, 815 Long Ferry Rd, Salisbury, NC, charging him as a Fugitive from Justice. At 11:34 pm, officers of the Johnson City Police Department responded to 5 Trivette Concourse (Tyler Apartments) in reference to subjects being loud in the parking lot. The investigation revealed Jimarius Davis had an active felony warrant out of Scott County, Va, for Sales of Marijuana with full extradition. Davis was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center and is being held without bond. Arraignment is scheduled for 10/01/15, at 1:30pm, in Washington County General Sessions Court.
