On 9/8/15, investigators of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jennifer Cook Daniels (2701 S Roan St, Lot 69, 31 years old) charging her with theft over $500.
On 7/23/15, the victim reported that his vehicle had been taken by Daniels. The vehicle had been listed as stolen since that date, but was located by patrol officers on 9/8/15 after a witness reported seeing Daniels with the vehicle.
On 9/8/15, Daniels was arrested and booked into Washington County Detention Center where she was being held under a $5,000 bond. Arraignment was set for 1:30 p.m. on 9/9/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
