On 7/19/2015, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested James D Justice, a 42 year old male, of 27282 Lee Highway Abingdon, VA. The arrest was a result of a traffic stop on Interstate 26. Officer stopped a vehicle driven by Justice for a speeding violation. During the investigation, Justice supplied Officers with false identifying information in attempt to avoid arrest. Eventually, Officers positively identified Justice and discovered his current driving status is revoked and he has been declared a habitual motor offender. Justice was placed under arrest and charged with speeding, criminal impersonation, driving on a revoked license and violation of habitual motor offender law. Justice was transported to the Washington County Detention Center and held on a $7,000 bond. Justice has a preliminary court date set for 7/20/2015 at 1:30 in Washington County Sessions Court.
