On 7/1/2015, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Amy J Feagins, a 35 year old female, of 1805 Happy Hill Rd Kingsport, TN. The arrest was a result of a traffic stop on Interstate 26. Officer stopped a vehicle driven by Feagins for a speeding violation. During the investigation, it was discovered that Feagins had given false identifying information in attempt to avoid arrest. Ultimately, Feagins was placed under arrest and charged with identity theft, driving on a revoked license, speeding and financial responsibility. Feagins was transported to the Washington County Detention Center and held on an $11,000 bond. Feagins has a preliminary court date set for 7/1/2015 at 1:30 in Washington County Sessions Court.
