On June 3, 2015, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Bruce W. Carnegie (3616 N Roan St. Apt 4, 44 years old) and charged him with three counts of Aggravated Statutory Rape.
The arrest is the result of an investigation into alleged sexual contact between Carnegie and a juvenile. During the investigation, Carnegie admitted to having sexual intercourse with the juvenile three times. Carnegie was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $75,000.00 bond. He is scheduled for arraignment in Washington County Sessions Court on June 4, 2015 at 1:30 PM.
