On July 03, 2013, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Joseph M. Edwards, w/m, 09/18/81, General Delivery Johnson City TN 37604. The arrest is a result of an investigation where Edwards is accused of stealing a vehicle on 03/05/13. The reported theft occurred at Rocky’s Auto 3698 W. Market St. Johnson City, TN. Edwards is charged with Theft of Property over $1,000.00. He is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $10,000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on July 5, 2013 at 1:30 PM.
