On 04/29/15, Investigators with the Johnson City Police Department arrested Mark A. Stout (1836 Todd Drive, Johnson City, Tennessee, 53 yrs old) and charged him with Theft of Property (Embezzlement) over $500. The arrest is the result of an investigation of stolen funds from Wood Doctors, 2501 W Walnut St. Mr. Stout is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $1,000.00 bond. He is scheduled for Arraignment in General Sessions Court on 04/30/15 at 1:30 pm.
