On 04/23/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested John C. Fenner (General Delivery, Johnson City, TN; 39 years old) charging him with Theft of Property over $1,000, Identity Theft, and Worthless Checks.
The arrests stems from an investigation into allegations that Mr. Fenner took advantage of an elderly couple to fraudulently swindle them out of an undisclosed amount of money.
Mr. Fenner was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond. His arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 04/24/15 in Washington County’s General Sessions Court.
