On 04-10-15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Ashley Nicole McClain (131 Leeper Rd. Church Hill, Tn), 28 years old, and John H. Tice (616 San Antonio Dr. Bristol, Tn), 30 years old and charged them with several offenses in connection with illegal narcotics activity. The arrests came as the result of an investigation into narcotics activity at 2606 N. Roan St. where McClain and Tice were found to be in possession of various illegal narcotics and drug paraphernalia. McClain, a convicted felon, was also found to be in possession of a firearm.
Ashley McClain was arrested and charged with Possession of Analogue Controlled Substance, Possession of Schedule I Narcotic, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center under $22,000.00 bond and is scheduled for arraignment on 04-13-15 at 0900am in Washington County General Sessions Court.
John Tice was charged with Possession of Analogue Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He is also being held in the Washington County Detention Center under $11,000.00 bond. He is scheduled for arraignment on 04-13-15 at 0900am in Washington County General Sessions Court.
