On 4/3/15, investigators of the Johnson City Police Department arrested David Livingston (1011 Antioch Rd, Johnson City, 38 years old) charging him with 7 counts of criminal simulation, 2 counts of attempted theft of property under $500, and criminal impersonation.
On 3/27/15, Cash Express reported that Livingston attempted to take out a loan using someone else’s identity. On 4/3/15, Cash Express reported that Livingston had returned to the business and was attempting to take out the loan again. Livingston provided employees of Cash Express with false documents in order to obtain the loan.
On 4/3/15, Livingston was taken into custody at Cash Express and he was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $73,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 4/6/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
